Who we are

EBM Corporation was found August 9th, 2006, here at Ota City, Tokyo, one of the world’s most renowned areas for fine manufacturing and craftsmanship. The sophisticated ideas of EBM Corporation are based on PhD thesis of Young Kwang Park, the company’s CEO, and the company is continuing to make innovative researches on surgical training simulator and models. ORGANOID® YOUCAN and ORGANOID® BEAT, company’s first line-ups, were developed with more than 1000 enthusiastic supporters from hospitals, universities, crafting manufacturers, medical enterprise and government agency.

Staff members at EBM Corporation all have this one wish in their mind; “We want to help devoted surgeons willing to improve their skills! We want help surgeons who cares!” EBM Corporation is confident in that it’s work will one day lead to saving many lives of the patients.

Company name “EBM” is not an acronym for Evidence Based Medicine, as it usually is in medical industry. It is named after Engineering Based Medicine, proposed by Professor Umezu, the world leading authority in medical engineering. Employees and researchers at EBM Corporation are devoted in innovating the world’s health care with this idea of Engineering Based Medicine in their mind.
